Jacques joined the L'Oréal Groupe in 2023, as General Manager of the Consumer Products Division (CPD) in Mexico. Under his leadership, the division achieved strong growth and secured leading positions in key categories. He was also instrumental in transforming the division's operating model and pioneering a highly effective omni-channel (Online + Offline) category approach.
Jacques has a deep commitment to people, empowering them to flourish and achieve their full potential, while building cohesive and collaborative teams. He leads with a dynamic and results-driven approach, consistently optimizing strategies to maximize efficiency and impact.
Jacques holds a degree in History and International Relations from the London School of Economics (LSE) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School.
